Thank you for shopping with us! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping your order.


Processing Time

We typically process and ship orders within 2–5 business days after payment. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship both within the U.S. and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): Usually arrive in 5–10 business days after shipping.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by country and customs processing, typically 10–20 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may have customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which will be calculated and collected at checkout as a separate line item. Customs rules differ by country, so additional charges could apply. We’re happy to help with questions, but we cannot control or predict customs fees.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can see where your package is along the way.


Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We aren’t liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but if something goes wrong, contact us at info.itsthelab@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to help.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email info.itsthelab@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll review your case and may send a replacement.


Returns and Refunds

All sales are final — we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
